Membership costs only £2 and you can join us:
- By clicking on the Membership Application Online button and completing our short online application form. This is the quickest and easiest way to join
or
- By clicking on the Membership Application Form button. This will download an application form on to your computer which you can print, complete, sign with your signature in pen and post back to us.
To be eligible to join the Norfolk First Credit Union you must live or work in Norfolk.
To comply with current money laundering legislation a representative of Norfolk First Credit Union must see 2 separate forms of identification when you join. These can include:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Rent card
- Bank book
- Utility bill
- Council tax bill
- National Insurance card
As life insurance cover is linked to your shares you will be asked to nominate a beneficiary for your life insurance in the event of your death. You can change this later if you want to.
When your application has been approved you will receive your unique membership number and an information pack explaining more about the benefits of membership.
Opening Hours
Important Member Notice
We would like to advise members that, due to current staff shortages and some recent changes within the credit union, our opening times and response times may be affected.
Our opening hours will change from September to Monday and Friday between 9am and 2pm. Until then there may be occasions when services are limited.
We are also currently experiencing longer-than-usual response times to emails. Please allow additional time for a response and be assured that we are working through enquiries as quickly as possible.
